GenV’s goal is to work with kindness and courage to promote a healthier, more sustainable, and just food system for all. Generation Vegan acts in solidarity with different communities all around the world—from displaced peoples, to children, to those fighting for labor rights—by offering them delicious plant-based meals. At the same time, GenV seeks to educate more widely about veganism, and its role in creating a kinder, safer, and healthier world for all.

As a Junior Graphic Designer at GenV, I contributed to various design projects, including social media posts, website illustrations, merchandise, marketing materials, and internal document designs. I collaborated closely with the senior graphic designer to ensure all designs aligned with the brand’s vision, enhancing the overall visual identity across various platforms.

Instagram ‘Highlights’ Design

I organized existing Instagram Stories into highlight series to boost engagement and improve accessibility. I created custom highlight covers, carefully matching each illustration to its corresponding description.

Internal Document Designs

Alongside the senior graphic designer, I designed internal documents and custom illustrations to make them more engaging for employees. The goal was to visually summarize key topics, making the content easier to understand and more appealing.

Vegan Myths - Illustrated

In replacement of stock photo images, I put together article cover illustrations to capture visual interest, while adhering to our cohesive and impactful brand identity. Understanding that strong visuals are key to engaging readers, I focused on blending creativity with consistency. Each illustration is carefully designed to complement the article’s content while aligning with the brand’s overall look and feel. This approach ensures a seamless visual experience, enhancing both the readability and the aesthetic appeal of the articles.
